In lieu of a court appearance

In order to avoid late fees, fines must be paid no later than 4 pm on the Monday prior to court.

Citations may be paid:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, cash, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

There is a four and half percent (4.5%) convenience fee for all credit card payments made online, over the phone, or at the cashier window.

Important: if you fail to appear for court, a $100 will be added to your fine amount. A second failure to appear will result in a bench warrant.

Please call the court clerk at 770-963-7451, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the fine amount.

Please allow at least three (3) business days after receiving your citation before calling to verify your fine amount.
