We ate at the re-opened Rice Station last night, and we are very happy to have another choice in Chinese cuisine in the neighborhood. The new owners and employees are very nice and they were attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. Please give them a try!

Yes I agree. VERY nice people, extremely clean, well laid out, and the food is great. Everytime I go in there with my 2 boys they are very sweet to the kids, playing with them, giving them snacks, etc.. Very good people.
We need to give these people support so they can survive! Eat there whenever you're in the mood for good Chinese.

I checked it out the other day. The folks in there are very friendly...place is clean an bright. Looks exactly as it did under the old ownership.
The food is not that great to me. Shrimp fried rice....bland. Broccoli w.chicken was passable. I will say the Peking Ravioli (Potstickers) were very good.
Not better then Green Tea, Iron Wok or Lins Bistro at all....
Maybe they will change up a little. I hope they do well.. but the food has got to be on par with the consistently better chinese food restaraunts in order to stick around. Right now its not...

I heard that the Green Tea that was closed next to the drug store has re-opened. Now we have another choice for chinese in Dacula.
But, I have to say I like Lin's Bistro. Quaint and good food at reasonable prices.

Yeah, I didn't even know that it closed, but I saw a "We're Open" hot air balloon on the roof. Any idea why they were closed?

There's a thread on these forums that explains, but basically there was a sewerage problem.

The "old" Green Tea that just re-opened does NOT serve sushi anymore, though. Only the one at Kids Village does.

The one in Flowery Branch does, too. I was there yesterday getting some lunch, and the sushi chef was working.
